Privacy

The controller for the processing of your data is Jakoda Dienstleistungen, Agnesstrasse 5, 8406 Winterthur.

What we process

• Order data: name, address, email, ordered items, amount.
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive card numbers, only the status and reference of the payment.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and error analysis.
• Cart: stored locally in your browser, not on our server.

Purpose and retention

We use the data exclusively to process your order, deliver it and comply with legal obligations (in particular accounting). We retain order data for as long as Swiss law requires.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting) as processors. Both may process data outside Switzerland; transfers are based on recognised safeguards.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use marketing or analytics cookies. For the cart we only use your browser’s local storage.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, as well as data portability. Write to david@jakoda.ch.

Customer accounts and loyalty. We store email, name, a salted password hash, login data and linked orders to calculate points and discounts. Shipment data includes carrier, tracking number and link, estimated delivery and shipment notes. Estimates are not guaranteed. Tracking links open the carrier website. Order and accounting records are generally retained for 10 years where legally required. Request account deletion by email; statutory retention duties apply. Brevo processes newsletter addresses and subscription confirmation/unsubscription data for the newsletter you requested. Cookies naval_kunde (30 days), naval_admin (12 hours, administration only) and naval_lang (1 year) support login, security and language. Cart and destination country use browser local storage until cleared. Stripe may set necessary cookies on its payment page. Enabled Cloudflare logging can process technical request data. This shop loads no additional marketing trackers.
