We usually dispatch within 2–48 hours of confirmed payment. Weekends, public holidays or agreed certificate checks may delay handover. Transit time is additional and estimates are not guaranteed. Collection in Winterthur is available by confirmed appointment, usually between 09:00 and 21:00.
We ship from Switzerland – insured, tracked and carefully packed.
Every piece is checked once more before shipping and sent in neutral, protective packaging. Valuable shipments are packed discreetly.

Customs and import taxes
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the purchase price. They are paid by the recipient on delivery, according to the rules of the destination country. The amount depends on the value and type of goods.
