Terms and conditions

Tento právny text je zatiaľ dostupný v angličtine. Záväzné je nemecké znenie.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Jakoda Dienstleistungen. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Offer and contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded with our confirmation. As all items are unique, an item may in rare cases no longer be available – in that case we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay). No additional fees apply to you.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and parcel weight and are shown in the cart and at checkout. In Switzerland and Liechtenstein shipping is free from CHF 100 of goods value. Deliveries abroad may incur customs duties and import taxes, which are paid by the recipient on delivery under the rules of the destination country.

4a. Loyalty programme

Earn 1 point per 2 CHF of paid goods after discounts, excluding shipping. Bronze at 500 points (5%), Silver at 1,250 (10%), Gold at 2,500 (15%). Points are credited after payment. Refunded orders do not count. Your tier applies to future signed-in purchases. Points have no cash value and are not redeemed.

5. Condition and description

All items are pre-owned. Condition and visible signs of wear are shown in the product description and photos. Minor differences in colour and rendering are possible.

6. Returns

Vintage pieces are sold in the condition described for each item and may be several decades old. Read the description and examine all photographs before buying. Wear, scratches, repairs, ageing and known odours are disclosed for the individual piece. A general vintage notice does not replace an accurate item description.

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, your own choice of the wrong size, or condition features disclosed before purchase or clearly visible in the photographs. The agreed condition may include these features. This does not amount to accepting undisclosed defects or incorrect promised characteristics.

Older pieces may retain odours from previous storage or surroundings. We inspect and clean pieces carefully and treat odours where appropriate and compatible with the material. Complete absence of odour is promised only when expressly stated for the item. Known noticeable odours are disclosed individually.

Pieces come from checked sources and are checked for authenticity to the best of our knowledge. An authenticity certificate can be arranged on request for an additional CHF 20, subject to confirmed availability. Please ask before purchase; the service and charge are agreed separately. No certificate is automatically added to checkout.

Contact us if you have substantiated authenticity concerns. A reasoned report from an independent authentication service specialising in the brand helps resolve the matter. If an expert examination confirms that a piece is not authentic, we refund the purchase price in full. We agree any return requirement individually. Personal opinions do not replace expert assessment; statutory rights do not depend on buying a certificate.

If we send the wrong item or it materially differs from its description, for example size M instead of the promised XL, we arrange an eligible reversal including necessary return shipping costs. Contact us promptly after discovery with the order reference, explanation and photographs where possible. Statutory defect remedies and mandatory withdrawal rights, including those applicable to cross-border sales, remain effective.

Eligible refunds go to the original payment method. After initiation, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank and payment method. Shorter mandatory statutory deadlines take precedence.

7. Warranty

Swiss warranty law applies. We are liable for promised properties within the statutory framework. Normal wear is not a defect.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Winterthur where legally permitted.
